These smoker covers are made specifically for the Pit Boss Pro Series 1100/1150 Smoker. Our covers are highly durable, being water repellant, UV, fade, abrasion, and scratch resistant, as well as cold crack protection, maintaining its integrity to negative 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The product also has sloped edges, which in most cases, creates water runoff, thus preventing water pooling, a major cause of mildew and mold. The cover comes with a heavy-duty interlocking zipper system that serves as an easy means of putting the cover on your smoker. The durability of the cover helps to keep the product clean and protects against wind, water, and animal-related damage.

How to Measure your Box Smoker Grill

Before you order your smoker grill cover, you will need to carefully measure the smoker it is meant to cover. Our guide below will walk you through the steps to correctly and accurately measure your smoker grill to ensure you get the best fit.

Width

Measure the widest side of the smoker from left to right.
*Include anything extending beyond the grill body, such as handles and control knobs.

Depth

Measure the deepest side, adjacent to the width, of the smoker from left to right.
*Include anything extending beyond the grill body, such as handles and control knobs.

Height

Measure from the ground to the top of the smoker.
*We recommend a cover 1-2 inches shorter than the smoker for breathability.

Please round up your dimensions to the nearest inch.

Additional Tips

To provide the best fitting cover, we add 1″ allowance along the width and depth. An extra 2″ allowance is added to the width and depth if grill dimension is greater than 150″.
