Casco offers two warranty coverage periods based on the product categories and materials that are available. For the warranted period, we cover our products free of material defects and craftsmanship flaws not attributed to normal use. The warranty term begins from the date of purchase and applies to the individual who placed the order. Should there be a defect in the material or craftsmanship of the product within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or provide store credit. Any alterations or modifications made to the cover will invalidate the warranty.

How to File a Claim:

  1. Step 1: Take a photo
    1. Please take photos of the following:
      1. Take a photo of the product tag
      2. Wide angle of cover in use
      3. Close up of the damage
  2. Start Your Claim:
    1. Enter order number and email address; choose the item(s) you are filing a claim for; upload the three images
  3. Submit Claim:
    1. Submit images and contact info; Our team will review and get back to you in 5-7 business days with further instructions.
